VozLibro — Terms and conditions of use
1. Service provider
VozLibro is a reading, narration, accessibility and AI-assisted learning application. It is owned and developed by Ever Salvador, an individual operating under the public developer name TESA. Contact: support.vozbook@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you agree to the conditions of use and acknowledge access to the Privacy Policy. Acceptance does not replace any separate consent required by law, particularly for advertising or sensitive data. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting provisions.
3. Minimum age and teenagers
You must be at least 13, or older where local law requires, to create an account. VozLibro is not directed at children under 13. Users aged 13–17 may need guardian authorization and may face feature restrictions. Rewarded ads are offered only to accounts confirmed as adults by the service; other features may require additional safeguards.
4. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information and safeguard your password and devices. Do not share accounts or access others' accounts. We may proportionately restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse or attacks. Report suspected unauthorized access to support.
5. VozLibro features
Depending on the plan, VozLibro offers document import, reading and listening, a personal library and public catalog, progress tracking, selectable voices, accessibility settings, OCR scanning, web import and AI tools. Some features require connectivity, permissions, credits or provider availability. Compatibility with every document and device is not guaranteed.
6. Imported material and user content
Free supports PDF, EPUB and TXT. Premium also supports DOC, DOCX, HTML/HTM, Markdown/MD and RTF, subject to technical limits; web import and advanced options are Premium. Free scanning allows up to 5 pages per month; Premium offers expanded scanning. You retain your rights to your content and grant only the limited processing permission needed for requested functions. Do not import material without appropriate rights or legal grounds.
7. Public catalog
Books listed in Explore are free for both Free and Premium accounts: users may browse, download, read and listen with free voices without subscribing. Availability depends on licenses, regional copyright rules and external sources. Respect authors', publishers' and translators' rights. Premium charges apply to extra features, not access to the free catalog.
8. Voices, OCR and accessibility
Synthetic narration, OCR, translation and accessibility features may make mistakes. VozLibro provides two free voices and up to ten advanced voices for Premium users, subject to availability. Voice processing may run locally, while certain features may use external services. Camera and file permissions are requested when needed.
9. Artificial intelligence
When you request explanations, questions, summaries or full-book analysis, necessary content may be sent to an AI provider, including OpenAI. Full-book analysis is Premium and may process the work in stages, using credits as displayed in the app. Importing or reading a book without activating AI does not by itself send the whole book to OpenAI. AI outputs can be inaccurate and are not professional advice; verify important information.
10. Free credits
Under the current configuration, Free accounts receive 10 welcome credits once, not 10 new credits every day. Available credits remain until used, subject to notified changes or legitimate limits. AI tools deduct the displayed credit cost. Credits are not money, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Optional rewarded ads
Where advertising is enabled and an account is eligible, an adult on Free may receive 1 credit for each server-verified rewarded ad, up to 5 ads per day. Crediting depends on server verification and may take time; unfinished or unverified ads do not earn credits. Ads are voluntary and not required to read the public catalog. Availability varies by country and configuration.
12. Premium plan and limits
Premium unlocks advanced features, full-book analysis, more formats, Premium voices and up to 200 AI credits per day. The Premium daily allowance renews each day; unused daily credits do not roll over. Free retains core functionality. Current limits appear in the app, and material changes will be communicated as required by law.
13. Subscriptions and payments
If purchases are enabled, the checkout will disclose price, currency, billing cycle, applicable taxes, auto-renewal, trials if offered, and cancellation instructions. Final charges and purchase conditions are those presented by Google Play or, when supported, the App Store. Subscriptions renew unless canceled under the store's terms. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Refunds follow store rules and mandatory consumer rights.
14. Minors and purchases
Teenagers must comply with family permissions and platform restrictions. Advertising, AI or payment features may be unavailable if age-specific safeguards cannot be provided. Circumventing restrictions through false birth dates or another person's account is prohibited.
15. Prohibited use
Do not use VozLibro to infringe copyright, violate privacy, spread malware, attack systems, impersonate others, harass or exploit minors, facilitate violence or commit fraud. Do not bypass credits, payments, age controls or ad verification. We may investigate and impose proportionate restrictions, subject to legal rights.
16. Third-party providers and links
We rely on infrastructure, authentication, AI and, where enabled, advertising and payment providers. Catalog download sites, stores and providers have their own terms and practices. The Privacy Policy describes categories of data recipients.
17. Data and account deletion
You can delete your account through Profile → Delete account, with security confirmation. If you cannot access it, request deletion at support.vozbook@gmail.com; we may reasonably verify ownership. Associated data will be deleted except lawfully retained records and backups subject to deletion cycles. Account deletion does not cancel store payments.
18. Service availability and changes
Features may be interrupted by maintenance, errors, licensing, connectivity or third-party changes. We aim to communicate material changes, particularly those affecting paid services. Uninterrupted availability and universal compatibility are not guaranteed.
19. Intellectual property
Original software, designs and assets of VozLibro belong to their respective owners. You receive a limited personal license to use the app under these Terms. You retain rights to your own files; external works remain subject to their licenses.
20. Liability and user rights
Automated features cannot guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted service or suitability for critical uses. To the extent permitted by law, liability depends on the service, proven harm and applicable rules. These Terms do not restrict non-waivable warranties, rights of minors, data protection rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Updates, disputes and effective date
We may update these Terms, post a new date and notify material changes where required; renewed acceptance may be requested. Mandatory laws and complaint mechanisms remain applicable.
